The Front Cover-English E-SCOV is a cover that is being used in Patient Monitoring machines. This front cover is manufactured using a high precision technique which offers the good dimensional accuracy. The good dimensional accuracy of the cover helps provide the perfect fit in the required assembly. This cover has edges which are rounded, smooth, and free of all imperfections, which otherwise could present a safety hazard to the operator, the patient or field service personnel. The part number is applied to the surface for easy identification purposes. The product is made of high quality Cycoloy™ C2800 Polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) material, that has good impact resistance and high tensile strength properties, which makes it well suited for many modern medical applications. The part is ROHS compliant and is approved for today’s safety standards. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. The product is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
