Product Overview
The LE9 BEP6.2 is a Back End Processor (BEP) that is used in the ultrasound machines. It is mainly used in Logiq E9, which is a digital beamforming system. The signal flow travels from the probe connector panel to the front end electronics, then to the back end processor and finally the results are displayed on the monitor. The system configuration is stored on the hard drive inside the BEP and all necessary software loads from the hard drive during power up. The back end processor is turned ON and starts to load the software. The assembly consists of a power supply, input/output board, 160GB hard drive, ADD Video Card for DVI, DVR Card and front panel LEDs. Beware that the main power supply, extended power shutdown and back end processor may be energized even if the power is turned off when the cord is still plugged into the AC outlet. It has the individual label with the product details, environment label for packaging and a Quality Assurance (QA) seal. All these are arranged and kept in a carrying case with the shipment label. It is used in a wide range of medical equipment like 1-5T MR450W 32CH W and Logiq series, among others.
